A brief about how our hotel financing process works:

Initial Meeting: In our first meeting, we understand your business and your requirements and also the challenges that you may have faced in your earlier attempts to secure funding.

Requirement Analysis: We go through all of the supporting documents and highlight issues that may come up and also suggest solutions so they can be resolved to make sure we do not loose time in the process to close your deal.

Lender/ Investor Identification: Based on your requirement be it a loan or equity investment, We get to work immediately to identify lenders/investors who we know will be interested and who will be likely to finance your project. We don’t shop around with our deal, but only contact investors with whom we have strong working relationships.

Project Overview and Investor Presentation: Knowing how busy the investors are and the amount of proposals they receive every day, we prepare a brief but professional investment proposal on your project and pitch it to them highlighting the facts which can arouse investor interest and encourage them to make real-world offers on your project.

Update You with the Responses: Once we get offers from lenders/investors we brief you on each offer to help you evaluate them closely and make an informed choice.

Investor meeting and finalization: Once you agree upon a proposal, we then arrange a meeting with the investor where you can then finalise the deal.  As your advisors, we are completely involved in the negotiations and help you overcome any objections or obstacles so that we can close the deal as fast as possible.
